Refund Policy

All service sales at Glow Lab by Natalie Chacón are final. Due to the nature of our treatments, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed.

For skincare product purchases, refunds or exchanges are only accepted if the item is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

If you experience a concern with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review your case and determine the best possible solution.
